Steward (Chong-gi-gee)

The word “Chong-Gi-Gee” means “steward” in English. Miky Kim and six members have been meeting in the “Steward” Prayer Cell Group since HolyWave Ministry’s inception. They meet every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm in the Nursery Room fueled by the calling to intercede for HolyWave ministry as faithful stewards.

AMP(Anointed Movement of Prayer)

As the name of this prayer group reflects, there is blessing and anointing. One of the unique things about this prayer group is that it is made up of singles who long for God and His presence. Myung Cho has been spearheading this prayer group with a vision of awakening our generation to prayer.

PAP (Parents are Praying)

This prayer meeting was started by one parent who had a burden for the next generation. The group welcomes any parents as they lift up the next generation to the Lord in one voice. Parents meet every Sunday in order to pray for all of the SaRang children, students, teachers and leaders in all departments.

Power House

Prayer is the power engine that makes God’s church move. Power House meets every Sunday morning before the HolyWave service. Pastor Danny Yoon leads this prayer meeting from 9:15 am to 10:15 am. Particularly, they pray for the Sunday worship service and all the ministries pertaining to HolyWave. If you want to taste the power of prayer, come out and join them in prayer.

The Spring Well

Jesus was not only a great preacher but also a healer who reached out to people in need. Just as Jesus traveled miles to meet the woman at the well and restored her distorted image to the image of God. This prayer cell group will be a place of restoration and healing through prayer.

The Gideon

Our society saw that fathers have lost their respect and influence. A God-fearing father seems hard to be found in our generation. Many children are adversely affected as a result. We need a group of men who can stand up as godly spiritual leaders. Gideon was one of the judges that delivered Israel from the hands of their enemies by forming God’s army when their nation was threatened. We need godly men of prayer to protect their families, the church and the nation in our increasingly secularized society.

Blessing

Even though life may seem difficult and hard at times, our kids are true blessings. Through the prayer meeting, we want to see God’s revelation of abundant blessings for each one of our family members. Moms come together to encourage and bless each other’s families through the power of prayer.

Jeremiah

Just as God called and appointed Jeremiah over nations and kingdoms (Jeremiah 1:10), this particular cell group has a vision of interceding for societies, nations, and generations beyond linguistic, cultural, and geographical boundaries. Through prayer, we pray that these nations and peoples would be rebuilt, restored, and re-strengthened.
