 Welcome, Family & Healing Ministry

PURPOSE AND VISION STATEMENTS

The purpose of the HW Family & Healing ministry is to promote health and to restore the image of God in men, women, children, teens, couples, and families-as a community in Christ.

We envision a ministry where individuals, couples and families that are thriving to continue to thrive and be godly role models as individuals and families by providing preventative education, enrichment programs and wellness groups.

We envision a ministry where hundreds of individuals, couples and families that are hurting, depressed, frustrated and confused can be led to healing, hope, joy, and restoration in Christ by providing support groups, education, seminars, retreats and lay counseling.

We envision a ministry staffed by trained volunteers who are aware of their personal issues and limitations to humbly commit themselves as wounded healers to learn, grow, be accountable and serve.

We envision a ministry that will reach beyond the walls of our own church to our local community.
